Easy Fall Chili
Total Prep/Cook Time: About 20 minutes, 4-6 servings
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1, 29 oz can of black beans
- 3, 15 oz cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies we used 1 hot, 2 mild
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- Salt & Pepper
First, cook and brown the ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper and once cooked, add to a large cooking pan. Drain and rinse the black beans with cold water and add to pan. Add the 3 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies and all of the spices to the pan. Season with more salt and pepper. Bring all ingredients in pan to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides!
