Ingredients
1lbground beef
1, 29ozcan of black beans
3, 15ozcans of diced tomatoes with greenĀ chiliesĀ we used 1 hot, 2 mild
Seasonings:
2tbspchili powder
1tbspcumin
1tspcrushed red pepper
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
First, cook and brown the ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper and once cooked, add to a large cooking pan. Drain and rinse the black beans with cold water and add to pan. Add the 3 cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies and all of the spices to the pan. Season with more salt and pepper. Bring all ingredients in pan to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides like sour cream, cheese or fritos!
